Arrival

we encourage our clients to arrive 10mins prior to appointment time to relax and wind down with a herbal tea or chilled water on our balcony before treaments. This is particularly important if this is your first appointment as it gives you time to fill out our consultation card.

Your consultation card is essential to us to make the most of your treatment. Please declare any health or medical concerns, as you could be contra indicated to a treatment, then we are able to recommend a more suitable treatment or give you a time frame of when you can return.

Late arrivals for appointments will be subject to reduced treatment times.

Retreat is a mobile free zone. All mobiles should be switched off upon arrival.

Valuables

All treatments are conducted free of jewellery so please keep in a safe place.

Personalising your experience

Please let us know at any time during your treatment if you would like us to change the music, lighting levels, or room temperature.

Cancellation

We run a busy professional environment so please give 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment as we do have a 50% cancellation policy. we require a credit card or your gift voucher no to secure appointments made.

Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. 
Treatments, Packages & Gift Vouchers are not redeemable in parts or for cash. 
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only.
